Brad Olds
I am a board certified emergency medicine physician and an avid scuba diver. As an Undersea and Hyberbaric Medical Society (UHMS) Fitness to Dive Examiner, I complete medical evaluations for recreational divers training with local dive shops and referrals from Diver’s Alert Network (DAN) in Kentucky and Indiana. Through my years in the private and federal healthcare systems I have a diverse background in disaster response, tactical medicine, and international service.
Our Mission
At Scuba Medical Release, we offer assistance in completing the dive medical form for new divers or divers returning to training classes. We also offer consultation services for divers returning to dive after medical events such as decompression illness, surgeries or changes in your medical history and conditions.
Prior to engaging in any scuba diving or freediving activities, a thorough medical examination is essential.
